Lucy was with us for a wonderful 13 years. We adopted her from the Humane Society when she was a 4-month-old kitten, and our home instantly became more joyful and cozy. She was such a gentle and loving kitty! She wasn’t the cuddly type and didn’t appreciate being picked up, but she would come to you for cuddles on her own terms – and it was a treat every time. Soft paws, beautiful green eyes, constant soft purring and the demeanor of a queen – she definitely thought she was running the house.
